As the official sponsors of the ‘Prince Michael International Road Safety Awards Ceremony’ senior representatives from Pinnacle and their client guests attended the recent awards luncheon at the Savoy Hotel, London. Also attending were the award nominees, Prince Michael, the PMRSA’s Vice Patron Nigel Mansell OBE, senior politicians, representatives from the motor industry and those instrumental in implementing road safety initiatives.
The awards ceremony provided a fitting occasion to mark the considerable individual and group contributions made by the award winners to making our roads, both here in the UK and around the world, a safer place. Addresses given by Prince Michael of Kent KCVO and David Jamieson MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State outlined the work of all those attending the ceremony with specific mention given to the ‘Gloucester Safer City Project’ and the ‘Student Traffic Scheme’ in Delhi for their outstanding contribution in creating a greater awareness in road safety.
